For me, the only good thing about being extremely stressed is being able to eat anything I want and not gain as much weight as I normally would when I indulge this much in not-so-stressful times. I know I will pay for this one day so I don’t recommend it, but in the meantime, I think I deserve a delicious reward for surviving another challenging week!
