No matter how great the weekend is, when Monday arrives, it’s as if we’re programmed to just have the worst day possible, making us hate it (it was certainly very easy to hate today, hence the post). I don’t want to be cursed with a lifetime of horrible Mondays, so lately, I’ve really been making an effort to turn my Mondays around — no matter how bad they get — and make them something to look forward to — or a little bit more bearable, at least.
