Club Paradise beachfront
Just like that, January is over and tomorrow we welcome the second month of 2017—which also happens to be the Love Month! If you’re coupled up and by this time you still don’t have Valentine’s Day plans, here’s an idea: Book your flights to Coron, Palawan and stay in one of the most beautiful resorts there, Club Paradise, which is managed by the Discovery group.

If you’ll remember, my fiancé (then boyfriend) celebrated our first anniversary at this island resort, and it’s one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. You can read all about it in detail when you click on this link.

Besides our wonderful stay, the reason I’m recommending Club Paradise for V-Day (and throughout February to May and November to December 2017, in case you’re also looking for anniversary destination ideas) is their All About Love room package.
Romantic moonlit dinner setup
Avail of a 4-day, 3-night accommodation for two persons in a Hillside Room, Garden Suite, or Sunset Villa, complete with daily breakfast, a picnic lunch, one hearty set dinner at Firefish Restaurant, a romantic moonlit dinner with a complimentary bottle of wine, a relaxing couple’s organic massage at Glow Spa, plus roundtrip Busuanga airport transfers.
Breakfast view from Firefish Restaurant
Rates start at P37,950 for two during the lean season in a Hillside Room, subject to 12% VAT and 10% service charge. Best available rates apply for extra nights.
In-resort bar and lounge
If you don’t really want all the luxurious romantic extras and just want an amazing island getaway with your special someone—this summer or perhaps by the end of the year—you might be more interested in their Seascape Deal. It includes a 3-day, 2-night accommodation for two in a Hillside Room, Garden View Cottage, Garden Suite, Sunrise Villa, or Sunset Villa and is inclusive of daily breakfast at Firefish Restaurant.
My fiance and I enjoying a meal at the former Ocean Restaurant, now revamped to Firefish Restaurant
Rates for two in a Hillside Room start at P10,180 per night with complimentary one-time dinner, P11,700 with full board meals (two lunches and two dinners), and P12,900 with full board meals (two lunches and two dinners) plus roundtrip Busuanga airport transfers. Rates are subject to 12% VAT and 10% service charge. Best available rates apply for extra nights.
In case you were wondering, Firefish Restaurant is their in-resort restaurant; it used to be called Ocean Restaurant, if you noticed in my last post about Club Paradise. They’ve revamped their menu to highlight their Pan Asian a la carte items and their Grazing menu, which includes bar snacks, burgers, and other delicious items you can munch on while you sunbathe on their long, pristine white beachfront.
Here’s a peek at their new menu so you can plan your meals ahead. Make sure to book your stay immediately!
