Summer is my favorite season, but I love Spring for what it symbolizes: new beginnings, and simply, the coming of summer. My past couple of trips to the US were all in spring, so I saw how pretty everything is, in full bloom. And the blooms and the promise of summer are what Starbucks Philippines’ food offerings and new Starbucks Cards are all about!

StarbucksCard_Siren

First, let’s talk about their new limited edition Starbucks Cards that are arguably their prettiest! There’s the Special Edition Siren Card, hand-painted with watercolor, which you can now get for an initial consumable load amount of P300. They already know this will be a popular card, that’s why they are restricting the purchase to just five activated cards per customer per day. It calls to mind the ocean, and this makes me all the more excited to hit the beach this summer (feeling mermaid!).

Starbucks Easter Egg Cards

There’s also the Easter Egg Die Cut Cards, adorably decorated in the shape of Easter eggs, now available for an initial consumable load amount of P500 each. Another definite must-have, they’re limiting the purchase to one Easter Egg Card design per customer per day.

Vanilla-Bean-Sugar-Cookie

Now, what delicious treats can you buy with your new Starbucks Card? How about you start with this: the Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie (P50). This pretty buttery cookie is flavored with vanilla bean and decorated with sugar icing in the image of an orange flower.
