The time has come for back-to-back reunions, Christmas parties, and all sorts of gatherings with every group we have in our lives in time for the holiday season. Our calendar is getting filled up pretty quick, and besides shopping for presents, we also need to plan for what to serve during lunches and dinners we’ll host, or what to bring to all the parties we’ll attend (since one must never come empty-handed!).

The rich, golden ring-shaped treat is whipped up with free range eggs and artisan butter from Bukidnon, then carefully soaked in rum sauce using local and premium small batch rum. Packed in a pine wood craft gift box that adds a huge wow as you carry it in your hands, it definitely makes an impressive gift when presented to your host or your guests. It is available in two variants: plain original and nut crumble. There are two sizes to choose from: 7-inch bundt pan (P1,450) and 9-inch bundt pan (P1,680).

One slice of the Rum Butter Cake just wasn’t enough—it’s that good. And you need not worry about indulging, since it’s not overly sweet, just right. The cake is soft, moist, and rich. I like that there’s a hint of rum, but non-rum drinkers need not worry, since the taste is not overwhelming, it’s just that festive complement.
